Reporting standards
Authors should use the reporting guideline appropriate to their design, such as CONSORT, STROBE, PRISMA, SQUIRE, CARE or other relevant EQUATOR Network guidance.
Submission components
- Title page with author names, affiliations and corresponding author details
- Blinded manuscript when required by the review model
- Structured abstract and keywords appropriate to article type
- Ethics / IRB statement where applicable
- Funding and conflicts-of-interest declarations
- Author-contribution statement
- Data availability statement where applicable
- References and tables/figures
- Supplementary files when relevant
Authorship
Authorship should reflect substantial scholarly contribution and accountability. Contributors who do not meet authorship criteria should be acknowledged with permission.
Fees
Founding-stage policy: no article processing charge is currently announced. Any future fee policy will be published transparently before it applies to a submission.
