Publication Ethics & Editorial Policies
Peer Review
Submissions undergo editorial screening for scope, completeness, ethical requirements and basic scholarly quality. Manuscripts selected for external review will ordinarily be assessed by independent reviewers with relevant expertise. Editors make the final publication decision.
Research & Publication Integrity
Fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, inappropriate image manipulation, duplicate publication and other forms of research misconduct are not acceptable. Concerns may be investigated and referred to relevant institutions when appropriate.
Conflicts of Interest
Authors, reviewers and editors should disclose financial and non-financial relationships that could reasonably be perceived to influence their work or decisions.
Generative AI Policy
AI tools cannot be listed as authors because authorship requires human accountability. Authors remain responsible for the accuracy, originality, citations, confidentiality and integrity of submitted work. Material use of generative AI in manuscript preparation should be transparently disclosed where relevant. AI must not be used to fabricate data, sources, images or evidence.
Data & Transparency
Authors should provide a data-availability statement where applicable and comply with ethical, legal, privacy and consent requirements governing participant data.
Corrections, Retractions & Expressions of Concern
The journal will maintain the scholarly record by issuing clearly linked corrections when appropriate and considering retractions or expressions of concern for serious reliability or integrity issues after due review.
Copyright & Open Access
IQPSJ is intended to operate as an open-access journal. The final copyright and Creative Commons licensing model will be formally approved and displayed before the first article is published; no license is implied by this prototype.
